Karizma Class

Privacy, terms, and how Karizma Class actually works

Karizma Class is a private lecture platform for grade 10–12 students in Sulaymaniyah. This page holds the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Use referenced inside the app, written to describe what our systems actually do rather than generic boilerplate.

Both documents last updated October 15, 2026

Privacy Policy

What we collect when you register and use the app: your details, your progress, your enrollment records, and exactly who we share it with (almost no one).

Read the policy

Terms of Use

How enrollment and access work, the rules for comments and course content, and what happens to your account if either is misused.

Read the terms

We don't sell data or run ads

No advertising SDKs, no data brokers, no third-party trackers. The only outside services involved are the ones that run the app itself: Firebase and our video storage provider.

Nothing is sold in the app

Karizma Class is an in-person institute. The app is a bonus for students who enrolled at the institute: staff activate access to the courses you attend, and the app never asks for or processes payment details.

Built around enrolled students, most of them minors

Accounts are created for students enrolled in person at the institution, with a guardian's contact on file. See the Privacy Policy for exactly how that works.

Questions about your data, or a concern to report?

Reach us directly, by email, by phone, or in person at the institute. We read every message ourselves.
